bad bunnys! and bad dogs too...off the table!

....so today I was shooting some things to post on etsy. Shot Dad's stuff in the living room, the light is nice there. And shot Jeff's boats out on the roof of the hot tub pump. It was cold, kind of foggy and someone was burning trash so the air was smokey...ahh, spring!

The Buckman Sale.....

The sale went okay. A big relive after selling nothing at the DaVinci Sale at Christmas.....yes nothing, my worst sale ever. Just part of the worst Christmas ever.....
but it's over so let's move forward.

Anyway, Jeff and I were in our usual spots, he was in the auditorium and I was in the dance studio/gym at my round library table. Sat next to a nice jewelry lady, saw a lot of cute kids.
Now I just gotta wait for the check to come.

Dad's Valentines

He always made things like this for Mom.... they are tucked in all around the house....oh sigh.

something new......hats!

...so okay I bought these square brimmed hats at the gift show in Seattle so long ago I can't remember. And I pull them out, try one on, play with it...brim up, turn it...what ever and then put it back. But this time inspiration struck and ta-dah! So I cut them, sewed on trim and they look really cool....
I also found my hat box of berets
(used to sell them all ribbon embroidered....looked like something Heidi would wear...sold loads of them too) so anyway I appliqued a few for etsy....now if only they would sell!

we got snow!!!

...lots and lots of snow! This is the biggest snow event in about thirty years, all the local tv news teams have been rambling on and on about it for HOURS everyday for about 5 days now. It's getting a bit old. Still, very pretty when you back off the tube and look out the window!

Magical Winter Faire – December 6 from 10 AM - 4 PM, Cedarwood School 3030 SW 2nd,97201 (across the street from Lair Hill Park) Jeff will be there.....this is a really cute Waldorf school and the sale is darling. It's held in the gym.... decorated in a flurry of paper snowflakes and cedar boughs (smells good)with lots of nice children.

daVinci Middle School Arts Fair, Saturday 12-6, Sunday 10-4, 2508 NE Everett, 97232
this one will be handled by my sister, Jody Foster (the teacher) this is also in the gym with a great assortment of art and you will also see some awesome middle school art here, plus dancers and musicians. And witness stunning middle school artist fashion too..... oh my!

Scan Fest, PSU Smith Center, 3rd floor Ballroom and Scandia Room (we are here) downtown on Broadway, best to park in garage and cross on sky bridge. Saturday 10-6, Sunday 10-4.... I will be here all weekend. This one has the best food and you can buy baked goods, (danish pastries, cookies ect.) and save them to dazzle with at Christmas. All set to polka music!
